Sally Mae Costanzo of Northlake, passed away June 27 2021 at Alexian Brothers Medical Center, Elk Grove Village. She is the wife of the late Fred; beloved mother of John, Kathy (Frank Romano) and Freddy; loving grandmother of Vito and Fred (Tiffany) DelPriore; great-grandmother of Blake and Arianna DelPriore; beloved daughter of the Late Raymond and Odette Anderson; loving sister of Odette Stinar and the late Diane Turner; also survived by nephew, Ray (Kathleen) Turner and great-nephews Raymond II and David Turner. 

Visitation is Friday July 2, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Service Saturday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, next to her late husband, Fred.
