Visitation for Mr. Luis Perez will be Monday, January 18, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Melrose Park. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. 

Mr. Perez is survived by his children, Jada, Luis and Julianna; his mother, Maria; siblings, Luisa, Kimberly and Joshua; also surviving are nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Jose.
