Joan Pope

Our mother was a very devout Catholic. Our home was always covered wall to wall with crucifixes, statues of the Virgin Mary, the saints, and Jesus. She loved music. She played guitar, trombone, and was an excellent piano player and singer.  She devoted her life to her children Julie, Jennifer, Thomas and even raised her grandson, Daniel. Being a mother was what she was best at. The love she gave was tremendous and she will be terribly missed. She is grandmother of Thomas, Lucy, Bobby, Michael, Ryan and Daniel; sister of Ronald Vernia. Sadly her brother passed a couple weeks ago and her daughter Julie passed October 2024.
