Carmen, Eldest daughter of the late Laureano and Carmen Perez, is survived by her siblings Elizabeth  and Jose Luis his wife Olga, her children Evy and Larry and his wife Yezenia, her grandchildren, Steven and his wife Jessica, Caleb and his wife Jamie, Sadie and Micah and her great grandchildren Malachi, Belen Rose and Noah, her nieces and nephews Ernie his wife Claudia, Mike and his wife Michelle, Jose Luis Jr, Vilma, Frankie and Marisol and great nieces and nephew, Melody, Harmony and Micah.

Visitation for Mrs. Carmen Perez will be Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from 4:30 p.m. until time of Celebration Service 7:00 p.m. at UTurn Covenant Church, Northlake.
