Thomas J. West , passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family; beloved father of Lindsay West (David Augustine) and Fallon West, cherished grandfather of Julissa West, proud great grandfather of Juliana Rojas, loving longtime companion of Sherry Sandro, dear friend of many.
Memorial Service Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 1 pm to 4 pm at the Northlake Funeral Home.
