Sister Constance Polek, C.R. (Joan Polek), Member of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Resurrection, died September 5, 2015 a the Resurrection Life Center, Chicago. She is the loving daughter of the late John and Frances, nee Galas, Polek. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Edward, Joseph, Adam, Charles, Raymond and her sister, Victoria Kriz. Surviving are nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation Sept. 7, 2015 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Sisters of the Resurrection Provincial Home, 7432 W. Talcott Ave., Chicago. Funeral Mass Sept. 8, 10 a.m. a the Provincial Home Chapel. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles, IL. In lieu of flowers, masses or memorials to the Sisters of the Resurrection Retirement Fund appreciated.
