Moises passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 after a debilitating and brave battle with cancer.  He is survived by his beloved children Gabriel Moises and Vanessa Rose.  His grandchildren, Jorge, Gabriel, Josef, Romello (Arabella-Great Grandaughter), David Jr., Destiny, Jovan and Chloe were his pride and joy.  He is survived by his sisters, Jennie and Julia and his nieces and nephews, Ariel, Marco, Monica, Jennifer and Desiree, and great nieces and nephews Amaryllis, Ronnie, Sunny, Jonathan, Isabelle, Amanda, Noel and others.  His parents, Faustino and Adamina and his brothers, Santiago, Miguel Angel, Reverend Luis Antonio and Frank have all welcomed Moises home.

Visitation for Mr. Diaz will be Monday, February 22, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home.
