Melva Jo Holland (nee Krohn), age 78, of Northlake passed away June 21, 2023. She grew up in Waco, TX. Beloved wife of Robert for 58 years. Loving mother of Kevin (Aimee), Kristopher (Rita), Jodi (Michael) Golm. Proud grandmother of Nicholas and Stephen Holland, Trevor and Kevin Hanna, and Vincent and Madelyn Golm. Beloved sister of Nelda (the late Terry) Wheeler and Harvey (Rebecca) Krohn. She was preceded in death by her mother Magdalena Krohn, and sister Dorothy Frazier. Jo was the adored aunt and cousin of many.

Jo enjoyed spending time with her grandkids, crocheting and reading. A southern gal at heart, she traveled back "home" to Texas to visit her many friends and family members as often as she could.

Visitation will be Monday June 26, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home, 140 East North Avenue in Northlake.
