With a heavy heart we share the sad news about our dearest friend Maciej Gesiorek known by many as Dj Hortex, who passed away on December 24th 2014.  We all knew him for his great sense of humor, his love for music and awesome personality.  In the past months he was struggling with deep depression which finally took him on a path of no return few days ago. It's hard to believe that Maciek is gone after we just talked with him few days ago, but now he is gone forever. - Grieving, The Closest Ones. Visitation will be Friday, January 9, 2015 from 3 to 9 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 820 Talcott Road (at Cumberland), Park Ridge, IL. Funeral Saturday, 9 a.m. from Nelson Funeral Home, Park Ridge proceeding to St. Hyacinth Basilica, 3636 West Wolfram, Chicago, IL for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be at a later date in Poland. Please do not bring flowers, but if anyone wishes to bring a toy instead, we will ship all of them to the orphanage in Poland, in which Maciek grew up.
