We are sorry to announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, uncle, Luis F. Perez. He passed peacefully at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He is the beloved son of Adelfina and the late Filameno Perez; dear brother of Virginia, Carmen, William (Rosa), Sonia, David and Solraida; also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Luis was creative and an artist. He was self-taught in many things. He fought the good fight. 

Visitation Wednesday September 9, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather Thursday 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. and then in procession to Fairview Memorial Park for the rite of committal.
