Linda L. VanDeveer; of Aurora, IL, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on September 20, 2017; loving wife of the late Gary A. VanDeveer; beloved daughter of Henry "Sonny" and the late Barbara Hudson, beloved mother of Jeffrey VanDeveer, Shannon (Kevin) Huddleston, Vanessa Mazzone, Carrie Espinola, Cortlyn (Michael) McElhone, Chelsey VanDeveer and Cassey (William Rolf) VanDeveer, cherished grandmother of 18, proud great grandmother of 3, dear sister of Loretta, Sandra, Carol, the late Doris and the late Dennis Hudson, dear friend of many. Linda was a very spiritual woman, her faith gave her strength during most difficult moments in life. Her unconditional love, compassion and devotion to family will never be forgotten.

Memorial Service Wednesday, September 27, 2017 from 9:30 – 11:45 am, Prayer Service at 11:45 am at the Northlake Funeral Home, 140 E North Ave, Northlake, Il 60164. Inurnment to follow at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
