Kathy Plazyk, beloved wife of Ronald, loving mother of Michelle Peters, Lisa Czerwinski, Brenda (Peter) Hianik, Joe Plazyk and Jeff (Phyllis) Plazyk. Cherished grandmother of 11 and great grandmother of 12.
Memorial Service Thursday, September 7, 2017 from 5 pm to 8 pm at the Northlake Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 7pm.
