Joyce B. Mills , beloved wife of the late Kenneth Mills, loving mother of Keith (Lori) Mills, proud grandmother of Kylen and Kendra. Fond sister of Roy (Louise) Sheldrake, the late Joan (Walter) Hess, and the late Peter Sheldrake, aunt and friend of many.
Graveside service will be held Monday 11:00am at Elmwood Cemetery.
