Joismayra Balderrama, 16 of Addison, died December 29, 2020 as a result of a tragic accident.

She is survived by her parents, Juan Balderrama and Maria Hernandez; sister Dayslin Balderrama; aunts Cruz Balderrama and Maria Luisa Bello; cousins Osmin and Cruz A. Balderrama and Yaneth Palacios.

Visitation Sunday January 3, 2021 from 3 to 8 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Private service Monday, with burial at Fairview Memorial Park.
