Glenda Sue Storey (Caldwell), 71, of Melrose Park, IL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at Home surrounded by her 3 daughters, family and loved ones. Born in Illinois to Robert and Ruby, she lived most of her life in Melrose Park, IL with her husband Richard until his passing in 2016.

Glenda was a devoted wife and lived for her family. She married her best friend Rick when they were 20 and had a life filled with love and joy. She loved her pets, taking care of those around her and making people smile. She will always be remembered for the abundance of love for those closest to her.

Glenda was a loving wife as well as a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her three daughters, Lisa (Jeff) Cook, Angela (Duane) Cook and Melissa (Louis) Early. She is also survived by her grandson, Randall, granddaughter, Jessica, granddaughter Elysa, granddaughter Alexis, grandson Mitchell, granddaughter Gianna, grandson Joseph, granddaughter Mia, grandson Louis II, granddaughter Nicole, grandson Vincent, granddaughter Luciana, great granddaughter Layla, great granddaughter Isabella, great granddaughter Taylor, great granddaughter Lily, great granddaughter Ella, brothers Robert, Larry, and James, her sister Deborah, and her many other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband and best friend Richard Storey, her sister Peggy, and her granddaughter Lauren. Visitation will be held at the Northlake Funeral Home, 140 E North Ave, Northlake, IL 60164 on Friday, August 6, 2021, from 4 to 8 p.m. and funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2021, with funeral beginning at 11 a.m. and procession leaving Northlake Funeral Home and going to Arlington Cemetery, Elmhurst, IL.
