George Anast, Veteran of the U.S. Navy, of Northlake passed away January 10, 2022. He is the beloved husband of the late Lucille (died 2007); dear father of Pete (Pamela), Joe (Madlynne) and Angela (Garret) Gioulos; loving grandfather of Peter (Jessica), Kristin (Sean) Flanagan, Madlynne (Nick) Campanella, Peter (Molly) Gioulos, Nick Gioulos, Joseph Gioulos and Penny Gioulos; great-grandfather of Brooks, Bennett, Katie, Keira, Jack, Santino, Thomas and Caroline; fond brother of the late Speros.

Visitation is Friday, January 14, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Funeral Service Saturday 11 a.m. at the funeral home with family only. Interment with military honors at Elmwood Cemetery.
