David Hernandez, 70 of Northlake, passed away July 25, 2022. He is the beloved partner of Christine Uribe; dear father of Jena (Mike) Pollard and David II (Bethany), step-father of Albert Uribe; loving grandfather of Luke and Cameron Pollard, Tyler Uribe; fond brother of Butch (Renee) and the late Kimberly (Mike) Viggiano.

Mr. Hernandez was a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Visitation at Northlake Funeral Home, Friday, July 29, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with U.S. Navy Honors at 7:00 p.m. and a Service of Remembrance 7:30 p.m.
