Charles Elbert Willis, beloved husband of Debra, loving father of Michael (Michelle), Susan (Robert) Daggett, Karen (James) Richards, and Catherine (David) Dodgson.  Cherished grandfather of Megan, Christian and Luke Willis, Olivia and Lorelei Daggett, Oscar Richards. Fond brother of Earl, Mellony Smith, the late William Willis.  Uncle and friend to many. Proud Veteran of the US Navy, served in Vietnam, active member of Vaughan Chapter of Paralyzed Veterans of America.
