Visitation for Carol Ann Logan Collazo will be Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home. Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 13, 2022 at St. Stanislaus B & M Catholic Church, 5352 W. Belden, Chicago. Committal Service with Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

Carol Ann Collazo passed away Saturday October 8, 2022 with her family by her side. Carol was born in Chicago IL to Raymond and Frances Logan. Carol was an avid reader and a family woman.  She loved music from the 50's and a diehard Elvis Presley fan. She was a hard worker. Generous and caring. Anyone that knew her loved her. Carol is survived by her children Justina, Rebecca,  Angel, Carmen, and Andrew; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren;  nephews Ray Jr and Patrick. Carol was preceeded in death by her parents and her brother Ray. Carol will be remembered through her selfless ways.
