Our family unexpectedly lost our matriarch, Angelina Becerra, on February 3, 2023. She was 80 years old. Angelina was predeceased by her Husband Salvador. She was the beloved daughter of Gregorio and Helodia. Sister to Adalberto, Elena, Jesus, Trinidad, Petra, Adela, Manuel and is survived by her sister Delfina. She was the aunt of many. She is survived by her two children Antonio (wife Jary) and Katia (husband Michael). Her true passion in life was being a grandma. Her grandchildren Antonio, Isabella, Nayeli and soon to be born baby Oliver. Angelina was very grounded in her faith. She loved her church (St. John Vianney in Northlake). When she could not attend mass would watch mass faithfully on television. She had a passion for gardening and a great appreciation for nature. She will be remembered by her family as a loving and supportive mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is forever in our hearts. Visitation for Mrs. Angelina Becerra will be Friday, February 10, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Northlake Funeral Home.

Family and friends will gather Saturday morning 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home and procession to St. John Vianney Church for Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Committal Service with Burial will follow at Mt. Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst.
