Joyce B. Mills, beloved wife of the late Kenneth Mills, loving mother of Keith (Lori) Mills, proud grandmother of Kylen and Kendra. Fond sister of Roy (Louise) Sheldrake, the late Joan (Walter) Hess, and the late Peter Sheldrake, aunt and friend of many.
