Helen Vykouk

VYKOUK, Helen Powell Shaw- age 84 passed away Friday July 1, 2016 in the Quality Health Care Center in Lebanon, Tn. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Harold Shaw Sr. & Marietta Burnett Shaw; husband, Arthur C.Vykouk; brother, William Harold Shaw Jr. Survived by son, Todd(Nancy) Vykouk; daughters, Susan Shaw & Janet (George) Slaby; sister: Pauline Judith Shaw(Chuck) Bayne; grandchildren, Max Vykouk & Dana Vykouk. Mrs.Vykouk was an Office Manager for West Towns Community Nursing Service, a past P.T.A President & a United Way Board Member. She was also a dedicated volunteer for numerous charities. Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 5, 2016 in Northlake, IL from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Northlake Funeral Home. Family graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. in the Fairview Memorial Park, Northlake, IL.
